The Bishop Wheeler Catholic Academy Trust (BWCAT) Consultation on admission arrangements 2026-27.
Dear Stakeholder,
The Bishop Wheeler Catholic Academy Trust (BWCAT) is consulting on the 2026-27 admissions arrangements for all BWCAT school. The consultation period will run from Monday 9th December 2024 until Monday 20th January 2025. During this time, parents and other key stakeholders are invited to express their views about the admission arrangements at our academies within BWCAT.
In accordance with the DfE’s 2021 statutory ‘School Admissions Code’ guidance, as the admissions authority BWCAT must consult on our admission arrangements when changes are proposed, and at least once every seven years. For this reason, a consultation is currently being held to meet BWCAT’s statutory duty.
We are consulting on the admission arrangements for the following academies:
